Cost-Cutting, Energy Saving 2013 CNG Ram Trucks Coming Soon To Oklahoma

Hopefully taxpayers will be saying millions of dollars in fuel costs soon. How you ask? With the new Ram 2500 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) pickup trucks coming to Oklahoma. Oklahoma is known as the Company’s largest customer order since production of the unique trucks started in October.

The 2013 Ram 2500 CNG is the only OEM-built compressed natural gas-powered pickup truck in North America. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) has made plans to use the Ram CNG pickups primarily as service trucks on the state’s roads and highways.

In CNG vehicles, they achieve nearly the exact same mileage numbers as unleaded gasoline but at more than 50 percent lower cost of average priced gallon of gasoline. These cost-cutting and energy saving trucks will be around our state in the very near future so keep a lookout. Until then, learn how you can own your very own 2013 Ram 2500 CNG Truck on our Blog.
